Antelope Creek is the newest community developed by John R. Luke, the principal and owner of Russell Communities, LLC. Throughout Mr. Luke’s thirty years in Arizona real estate development he has worked in all phases of the  business. While managing a major Arizona based homebuilding company Mr. Luke acquired property, planned and designed communities, and even designed the elevations and floor plans for over 6,000 homes built in the Phoenix metro area. Mr. Luke now focuses his years of experience developing low density, quality custom home communities. Other recent communities Mr. Luke has developed are Russell Ranch, a 425 lot gated custom home community near the White Tank Mountains on the west side of metro Phoenix, Melton Ranch, a 62 lot gated custom home community in north Peoria near Arrowhead Towne Center and Lake Pleasant, and Russell Ranch VI which will be a 110 lot custom home community available in 2007.
