Antelope Creek is a 330 acre community of custom home sites in a stunning location framed by Arizona's beautiful panoramic Bradshaw Mountains, and natural rolling terrain.

Set within an accessible, intimate, and friendly living environment, Antelope Creek is just 45 minutes from northwest metro Phoenix and just minutes north of Wickenburg, Arizona.  Although Antelope Creek is close enough to the amenities found in Wickenburg and Phoenix, the rush of city life will be forgotten.  The rare sense of peace and simplicity found in Antelope Creek will help you draw closer to the values you hold dear – friends, family, and nature.

Lush desert washes, beautiful mountain vistas, along with native Mesquite and Ironwood trees form the backdrop for Antelope Creek's custom home sites.  The land gently rolls and slopes down providing Priceless Views throughout the community of the Bradshaw Mountains to the east and north across the Martinez Wash.  Here, discerning residents will enjoy a wonderful combination: the privacy and seclusion of a high desert setting mingled with open, unmatched views of mountains and unforgettable sunsets. Antelope Creek is immediately adjacent to several hundred thousand acres of Public Lands with unlimited recreational opportunities and unparalleled views.

The elevation of the community rises as high as 2,800 feet, approximately 700 feet higher than Wickenburg and 1,700 - 1,800 feet higher than Phoenix, making for average temperatures noticeably cooler than the Phoenix metro area.  Summer time temperatures are usually in the region of 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix at night, making the hot desert summers much more enjoyable.

Antelope Creek will feature only 194 home-sites on the entire 330 acre site. Home sites range in size from three quarters (3/4) of an acre to over 2 acres, with two thirds of all lots one acre or larger in size.  Each home site within the development will be discretely placed with consideration to the resident’s privacy and preservation of the natural open spaces.  The community will feature over 82 acres of open space which will be preserved in a natural state.

Antelope Creek will feature paved roads, water service, underground electric and phone service to each lot.  Additionally, there will be fire hydrants throughout the community.  Antelope Creek has even donated land adjacent to the community for a future fire station which will enhance the emergency response time for its residents.

Antelope Creek strives to give you the freedom of choice while also protecting your home and your investment.  Therefore, Antelope Creek has protective deed restrictions within the community.  Included with these provisions is the requirement for each property owner to preserve a portion of their lot in a natural state.  Minimum home sizes within Antelope Creek will be 2,500 square feet livable.
